1.) It's time to take a picture of your pet! Make sure they are in a bright place so we can see them clearly. It's best if the photo doesn't have any special effects or filters and shows them in natural light.

2.) Take the photo close up so we can see your pet's face, ears, head, neck, and chest. This will help us get a good picture of their face.

3.) Don't take a photo from above, and avoid using filters or blurry photos. We usually can't draw pets that are lying down.

If you are not sure, place your order and our team will reach out if there is an issue, we understand that if the pet has passed away there may be limited photo options.

For our portraits you can have up to 3 pets in the picture

We draw pictures of all kinds of animals! Bunnies, birds, and any other pet you can think of. If it's an animal, we can make a picture of it. But we don't draw pictures of people (even if they are really cute).

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so we don't show you the picture before we send it to you. But don't worry! If the picture you gave us isn't good, we will let you know and you can send us a new one.
